Ski Resort

Yesterday I just saw TWILIGHT! It's just amazing how closely they followed the book. I mean, you could tell where they bent things around to make it fit into two hours, but I loved it! I saw it twice! I guess they really did capture Bella's personality.

Reagan, you were not kidding when you said that movie makes you jealous! Man, I'm not over it . . . .

Okay I wanted to share a dream I had last weekend . . .

My favorite ski resort was opened officially for the season, and my parents were out for the night, probably dinner with some friends. My and my brothers, Michael and Jed, were left in our lodge suite, and my parents left some men to look after us.

My brothers were fighting over something in the living room, and I was in the room I was sleeping in. I was fitting Gracie into her old kennel, the first one she had as a puppy, and thought it was so funny how she fit in so awkwardly. I picked up her kennel and ran through the suite, shouting, "Mom! Mom! Look at . . ."

I had stopped just in front of the balcony, and I could do nothing but watch. 3 men were on the balcony, but one was hiding. I watched as the one hiding slipped something into a glass. Suddenly, he popped up and offered the drink to one of the men. That man took it and drank. Next thing I knew, he was collapsed, caught by the other two. I realized the other man was in on it, too.

They were mumbling to each other about where to put him when they saw me, the terrified child staring at them in great fear.

"What did you do to him?!" I screeched, taking a step back. The men ran toward me to assure me it was nothing, only to seat me on a bar stool by the counter and explain to me how they did it all. They had me taste the soda/drink that they gave the man, and told me it wouldn't kill me because the tiny bottle of poison is what killed him.

After explaining every step of killing the man, they let me be and left with the body. Unsure of what just happened, I put on my skis and ski wear to join my parents. I took the lift to the top of the mountain, and found how warm it was up there. It was a big party, and by the time I found my mom, it was over.

At the little village place at the bottom of the hill, I'm explaining to my parents what happened and my brothers were riding the snowmobile, Mikey screaming at Jed to slow down. No one believed me. Soon we were going home in new high-tech transportation. It was shaped in a small sphere, and my cousin Alex was on a snowboard, trying to catch a ride. It was moving before I could get her on. Then I let Gracie out of her small kennel.

Huh.
