Targee Ski Resort

Targee was fun over the weekend, similar to my dream, except for it was fun. It was still sunny, with less snow than usual , and extremely icy. I like the feeling of speed with the occasional out-of-control experience, and the wipe-outs aren't so bad once you get used to them!

This is the one sport I can say is actually fun! The Tetons are beautifully visible on warmer days, the sunlight creeping through the pine, gliding along the world of white . . . it's not a year-round thing. The exaggerations of the seasons when you're in the mountains are incredible. For example, I have photos of winter, and spring is a glorious land of newborn plants and newly coated trees, summer is hot and lively, and oh . . . Have you ever been in the mountains in fall? Whatever your answer may be, go next fall. This is our room. It was no suite, but a petite, adorable room. Only 2 things from my dream came true, seeing as the only 3 "men" were my brothers and my dad, and none of them are poisoned.

The balcony, and the warm weather even at the top of the mountain.

I love this snow, I love this season, I love Christmas. So pretty!
